Once you have signed into BenefitHub, select the icon in the upper right corner of the screen:
A drop-down will appear. Select the “Account Settings” link marked with a cog wheel:
A new screen will appear displaying your profile.
Select the “Security” link listed under “Profile” as indicated below:
A new page will appear displaying the option to change your email, password or 2 factor authentication if applicable.
Select the “Change Email” button.
You will then see the screen load for you to make the changes.
Once you have typed in your email and confirmed, you will press the “Submit” button to save your changes.
